Notes:

This is a launcher to extract, mod, and launch the Final Fantasy XIII games through Steam. Unfortunately it doesn't even launch at all to even try to get that far. Even if it did launch, it likely needs the Windows version of Steam to somehow be installed in order to launch the games as it doesn't launch FFXIII directly from the game executables.

The game runs fine under PPSSPP. To run mods, I've made a config folder named "PPSSPP-v1.20.4-anylinux-x86_64.AppImage.config" on root of the cartridge where my PPSSPP AppImage was, and launched it beforehand to create the folder structure. Microsoft Solitaire Collection

Game Type Windows
System Kazeta+
Runtime None
Store Store Link
DRM DRM Present (No tools/issues listed)
Compression ❌ Untested
Notes:

A VirtualBox AppImage and a Windows 10/11 .iso is needed for this, I tested with Windows 10 Enterprise Edition. The DRM for this app is just the fact that it's a UWP app so it requires Windows 10/11.

You need to make two folders in the same directory as the VirtualBox AppImage. One will be labeled 'VirtualBox-KVM_7.2.6-archimage5.0-x86_64.AppImage.config' and the other will be 'VirtualBox-KVM_7.2.6-archimage5.0-x86_64.AppImage.home'. The AppImage version you use doesn't matter as long as the folder names match your AppImage. It is recommended to create your virtual machine beforehand. Make sure to keep any external files placed in your 'VirtualBox-KVM_7.2.6-archimage5.0-x86_64.AppImage.home' folder you have made. In your Virtual Machine, install the game from the link I posted, or it'll come with your Windows installation. You can then make the app start as your VM is launched by opening the Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, select Task Manager, and go to the 'Startup' apps tab. You can right-click 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' and select 'Enable'. In VirtualBox itself, export your VM as a Virtual Appliance and keep that on the cartridge as well.

For the first time setup, you'll need to relocate and import the Virtual Appliance you have made. You'll also have to relocate the folder for your Virtual Machines.

Once that is done, you can launch the VM and run 'Microsoft Solitaire Collection' as is.

DRM DRM: Goldberg, Steamless
Compression ✅ Yes (3.1 GB uncompressed; 2.5 GB when using LZMA compression.)
Notes:

Requires the following:
- Goldberg
- Steamless
- the Windows 1.2 runtime, since SA2 requires the waitforexitandrun Proton verb

Only tested with Kazeta+, but it should work with vanilla Kazeta as well.

If you really want to go through the hassle of getting this to work, here's how it goes...

  1. Download the game through Steam.
  2. Run the game. In the launcher window that opens, make sure Player 1 is set to Controller if you want to use a gamepad.
  3. Close the launcher, and copy the game files to another location on your computer.
  4. Grab a copy of the Goldberg Steam emulator. Copy the steam_api.dll from the root of the extracted folder and overwrite the existing DLL file in the SA2 game directory.
  5. Download Steamless. Unpack the sonic2app.exe binary from the SA2 game directory.
  6. A new sonic2app.exe.unpacked.exe will appear next to sonic2app.exe. Remove the old sonic2app.exe file, and rename the new sonic2app.exe.unpacked.exe to sonic2app.exe.
  7. To skip the launcher when launching the game, append -q at the end of the Exec= line of your .kzi file.

See this Steam discussion thread for more details.

NFL Quarterback Club 99

Submitted on February 19, 2026
Status Works with Tweaks
Game Type Emulated
System Kazeta+
Runtime Windows 1.1
Store Store Link
DRM DRM-Free
Compression ❌ Untested
Notes:

The game doesn't run on the Nintendo 64 runtime, but it does run under the Windows release of Gopher64: https://github.com/gopher64/gopher64 (The Linux version doesn't seem to launch at all no matter what I try so feel free to experiment with that.)
You'll need to create an empty text file titled "portable.txt" in the same folder as the Gopher64 executable if you want controller support. Then with a controller plugged into your main PC, launch Gopher64 through Proton (Wine on its own doesn't load the GUI font) and under 'Controller Config' select 'XInput Controller #1'. You can also add controllers to the remaining three players here if you plan on playing the game with others. You can also edit the new "config.json" file in the newly created path '(Name of cartridge)/portable_data/config' manually to force nonexistent players for future-proofing your game.
